If your cargo is leaving the Kingdom, it needs to survive weeks at sea, multiple handling points, and customs inspection. That requires a different standard than domestic moving.
1. ISPM-15 Compliant Wooden Crating
International shipments containing wood packaging must meet ISPM-15 standards — heat-treated and stamped, or the cargo can be refused at destination. We build custom wooden crates to the exact dimensions of your item, with heat-treatment certification included. This is the single most common reason export shipments get held, and it's entirely preventable.
2. Machinery and Equipment Packing
Industrial machinery needs more than a box. We use VCI film and desiccants for corrosion protection, vacuum barrier bagging for moisture-sensitive equipment, custom bracing and blocking so nothing shifts inside the crate, and skid or pallet mounting for safe forklift handling.
3. Electronics, Lab, and Medical Equipment
Anti-static wrapping, foam-in-place cushioning moulded to the item, shock and tilt indicators where required, and climate considerations for sensitive instruments.
4. Palletization and Consolidation
Loose cargo consolidated onto heat-treated pallets, shrink-wrapped, corner-protected, and labelled — ready for container loading through our freight forwarding desk.
Fragile and High-Value Goods

How do you pack fragile items for shipping?
Fragile items are wrapped individually, cushioned with custom-cut foam or foam-in-place moulding shaped to the object, then placed in a double-wall carton or a rigid crate with edge and corner protection. There’s no movement inside the box and no direct contact between items. For international shipments, fragile goods go into custom wooden crates rather than cartons.
Do you provide packing materials if I want to pack myself?
Yes. We supply cartons, bubble wrap, packing paper, tape, wardrobe boxes, and mattress covers. That said, if the shipment is insured, self-packed cartons are usually excluded from cover — worth checking before you decide.
What is ISPM-15 and does my shipment need it?
ISPM-15 is the international standard for wood packaging used in cross-border shipments. Any solid wood crate or pallet leaving the country must be heat-treated and stamped, or destination customs can refuse, fumigate, or destroy it at your cost. If your cargo is export-bound and uses wooden packaging, it needs ISPM-15 certification. We handle this as standard.
How long does an office relocation take?
A small office of 10 to 20 staff is typically a single weekend. Larger offices are phased across multiple weekends or executed overnight to avoid downtime. We confirm a schedule after the survey.
Is my property insured during the move?
Transit insurance is available and confirmed in writing on your quote. Coverage typically requires professional packing — items you packed yourself are usually excluded.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes, that’s included in our full-service moves. Bed frames, wardrobes, desks, office partitions, and shelving units are dismantled at origin and rebuilt at destination, with fittings bagged and labelled so nothing goes missing.
Can you store my belongings between moves?
Yes. We offer short- and long-term storage in secure facilities, which is the usual solution when there’s a gap between your move-out and move-in dates.
How much does a move cost?
It depends on volume, distance, packing requirements, access at both ends, and whether crating or storage is needed. That’s why the survey is free and comes before the quote — a price given over the phone without seeing the job is a price that changes on moving day.
Do you move industrial machinery and production equipment?
Yes. Machinery is packed with corrosion protection, braced in custom crates, and moved with the right lifting and transport equipment. We handle factory and production line relocations as complete projects.
